It is the goal of Youth Action Collective to make volunteering accessible for everyone, for this reason we try to keep material cost as low as possible. The ‘$’ symbol indicates there are materials that will need to be purchased to complete the activity.
Holiday Kindness Quest
Instead of our traditional Anywhere Projects this month, weโll be offering a unique Family Holiday Kindness Quest for you to enjoy together, complete with a variety of activities that families can do at home on their own time throughout the month.
- The holiday season is a special time for families to slow down, come together, and reflect on what truly matters. Serving others during this time not only strengthens our communities, but also helps children learn the values of empathy, generosity, and connection. When families practice kindness side by side, they create shared memories that last long beyond the winter months. Even small acts of service can brighten someoneโs day and remind us all that the spirit of the season is about giving, caring, and spreading joy. This project offers families a chance to make a real difference togetherโone thoughtful action at a time.
- $ The cost of this activity depends on your family’s level of involvement, but many of the activities are designed to use items you likely already have at home.
Activity Closing Date: December 30th
Drop Off Location: SPECIAL DROP OFF LOCATION COMING SOON
Please choose the option that works best for your family.

- Caregiver Companion is a Tippecanoe County nonprofit that supports elderly and disabled neighborsโand their caregiversโthrough compassionate, non-medical volunteer help.
- Volunteers will choose from three different winter project to create and be delivered to one of the Caregiver Companion neighbors.
- $ The cost of this activity ranges from FREE to $10 depending on whether you use craft supplies from home or purchase items.
