A New Generation of World Changers
Youth Action Collective
The Faces Behind The Mission

Steph Rambo
Day Time Gig: Director of Resource Development at Ivy Tech Community College
I spent 16 years fulfilling my dream of being an elementary school teacher before moving into a community facing roll. I help bring exciting opportunities to life by raising funds and support for the university’s programs and mission!
I decided to build Youth Action Collective in November of 2024 in the quest to help the next generation develop the kindness and empathy our world so desperately needs. I’m excited to see what the next generation of world changers accomplishes!

Morgan Kelly
Day Time Gig: Human Resource Manager at Shoup’s Country Foods
Morgan has her degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management, which has given her a strong foundation in people-focused leadership and organizational development. Beyond her professional training, she is passionate about community engagement and helping others. She started a Little Free Library at her home to encourage literacy and connection within her neighborhood, reflecting her dedication to creating positive impacts both personally and professionally.
As a parent of two children who love volunteering and participating in service projects, she has seen firsthand how meaningful it is for young people to develop compassion, responsibility, and leadership through giving back. She is dedicated to encouraging youth to get involved in their communities, not only because it benefits those in need, but because it helps shape the next generation of caring, engaged citizens.

Yazoo the Yak
Day Time Gig: Director of Good Vibes/Mascot for YAC
I keep the energy high and the smiles wide at Youth Action Collective! Whether it’s a service project, school event, or community celebration, I’m there to cheer, connect, and yak it up about giving back.
This work is important to me because I believe kindness is contagious! When I see kids and families coming together to help others, it fills my yak heart with joy. Every project, big or small, creates ripples of happiness in our community—and I want everyone to feel how awesome it is to make a difference. Spreading good vibes isn’t just my job…it’s my mission!
